Simple HTML5/CSS3 Website Teplate by sycoinc - April 1st 2013

This Template has been designed to help those who have some knowledge of HTML and CSS along with being able to upload the files included in the download to a Website Host so it can be seen on the internet (some free website hosts MAY allow custom html pages). If you wish to upload these files all i ask is that you keep the 'designed by - sycoinc' link at the bottom of the page. This is a Responsive Template, It changes depending on browser size! - March 31st 2013

A Responsive Website Template is a Template that modifies itself to fit to the viewers browser size OR to fit onto a device like an iPad or iPhone. If you resize your browser you will see things move and change around. Most of the content that you place should auto resize UNLESS you add custom sized images in the News section that are outside the limits i have set in the CSS and HTML.
